1. Deposits

  • A $10 to $15 deposit is required to secure your custom nail design slot.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and used to begin the design process.

  • You’ll receive a Google Form within 24 hours of your deposit to provide your nail size, shape, and design preferences.

2. Payments

  • The remaining balance for your custom nails will be invoiced once your set is complete.

  • Full payment must be made before your nails are shipped.

3. Shipping

  • All orders include a standard shipping fee of $4.99 for domestic orders within the United States. For international orders, the shipping fee is $9.99.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped.

4. Processing Time

  • Custom nails are handcrafted with care, and processing times may vary. Typically, orders take between 5-7 days to complete, or up to 1 to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. You’ll be notified of any delays or changes to your order’s timeline.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a proven defect in the product upon receipt.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation.

6. Nail Sizing

  • Accurate sizing is essential for a proper fit. We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit or providing accurate measurements via the form.

  • Niyah's Press Ons is not responsible for sizing errors provided by the customer.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your deposit. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, as work may have already begun on your order.
